Referrals to Fraser Valley Addictions & Recovery Hub
We accept referrals from health care providers, community organizations, and self-referrals from individuals seeking support. Whether you’re looking for treatment options, housing support, peer mentorship, or food assistance, our team is here to guide you through the process.
Our programs are designed to meet individuals where they are—offering low-barrier, inclusive, and culturally sensitive support tailored to each person’s journey.
