OAT is one of the most effective forms of treatment for opioid use disorder and is delivered with respect, privacy, and cultural sensitivity.
What We Offer:
- Doctor-Led Care – Ongoing medical oversight and personalized treatment plans
- Medications – Including methadone, suboxone, and other OAT options based on clinical assessment
- Clinic Support – Access to daily check-ins, warm meals, peer support, and connection to additional services
- Low-Barrier Access – We welcome individuals regardless of where they are in their recovery
- Optional Referrals – To counselling, housing, or mental health services when appropriate
Our OAT program is focused on harm reduction, safety, and meeting people where they are—with dignity and without judgment.
And it works:
Success rates using OAT and wrap-around services such as food, housing, and counselling are approximately 65–80%, compared to 20–30% without comprehensive support
- With OAT and wrap-around care, studies show retention in treatment and reduction in illicit opioid use improve significantly—65–80% success in maintaining treatment and reducing harm
- Without wrap-around supports (OAT only or minimal support), studies show drop-out rates are higher, and relapse is more common—only 20–30% maintain stability or stay in care
