Volunteer
Volunteers are the heart of Fraser Valley Addictions & Recovery Hub. Whether you’re packing food boxes, lending a hand with housing repairs, or simply showing up to offer encouragement, your time makes a real and lasting difference.
Our work is grounded in compassion, and we welcome people from all walks of life to join us in supporting those on the path to recovery.
Ways You Can Volunteer
Food Program Helpers
Help sort, pack, and distribute food boxes for individuals and families who rely on our weekly food support program.
Housing Support Volunteers
Assist with basic home repairs, cleaning, or seasonal maintenance to ensure our transitional homes remain safe and welcoming.
Outreach & Community Events
Join our outreach team at pop-ups, events, or community walks to connect with those we serve and help reduce stigma.
Peer Support Roles
If you’re in recovery and ready to give back, we offer peer-based volunteer opportunities where your experience becomes someone else’s hope.
Skilled Volunteerism
Have a specific skill? We welcome tradespeople, artists, Social media and web specialists, mental health professionals, and others to volunteer in a way that suits their strengths.
